The Pospisil family makes their home south of the Twin Cities metro area. In addition to her family, Jackie shares her home with Dusty the tazmanian kitty, Rusty a retriever/lab mix and Storm, a female border collie. Storm began her training with MinnSARDA when she was seven weeks old. Storm has received formal training in advanced obedience, basic agility and rally-o.

Jackie has been with the unit since 2004. She and her partner, Storm are currently certified in Trailing and Land Cadaver. Being part of MinnSARDA fits in well with some of Jackie's favorite pastimes including hiking, spending time with and training dogs, being outside and learning new things. It also fits well with Storm's favorite pastimes of working and working - oh and also being rewarded with ball throwing. The team trains together daily and Jackie has introduced Storm to a wide variety of social and environmental situations. The team has participated in several seminars, worshops and demonstrations pertaining to Search & Rescue
