Loren moved to the Minneapolis area in 1987 from the upper peninsula of Michigan. He is a Mechanical Designer that needs to be out in the woods on a regular basis, and met with the team members for a few months before applying for membership. Olive was born on May 4, 2004 and is AKC Good Citizen and Therapy dog certified. Her formal training for air scent began in September of 2005 and is progressing faster than Loren has expected. Loren and Olive are "live scent" certified. Loren has made the difficult decision to remove Olive from "land cadaver" searches. Loren and Olive have an interest in evidence search and rescue and will now begin to train for that certification. The adventure continues...
